By booking an appointment or inquiring for a session, you acknowledge and agree to the policies, terms, and conditions listed below.

The Experience: We pride ourselves on a curated, one-on-one experience. We encourage all clients to review our portfolio and service descriptions to ensure our "Glow & Snap" aesthetic aligns with your vision.
Preparation: For photography and beauty services, please review all pre-session instructions sent via email. Failure to follow preparation guidelines (e.g., skin prep or outfit coordination) may impact the final results.

Commitment Fee: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all session dates. This fee compensates the studio for blocking out time on our calendar and is applied toward your final balance.
Final Balance: For beauty and portrait sessions, the remaining balance is due at the time of service. For Wedding Collections, the balance must be settled 14 days prior to the event date.
Payment Methods: We accept Zelle, Chase QuickPay, and major credit cards.

Notice Period: Appointments must be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide 48-hour notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
One-Time Reschedule: We allow a one-time rescheduling of your date if requested within the notice period. Subsequent moves will require a new deposit.
Grace Period: We value your time and ours. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their session shortened or canceled at the studio’s discretion to avoid impacting the next client.

Creative Control: The Studio retains full creative control over the editing style and final image selection. Raw files or unedited footage are never released as they do not represent our finished brand standard.
Usage Rights: Clients receive a license for personal use and social media promotion. Commercial usage (advertising, billboards, or resale) requires a separate licensing agreement.
Archiving: While we provide a digital gallery, clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their images. The Studio is not liable for files lost after the gallery expiration date.

Disclosure: Clients must disclose skin sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions prior to the application of any products.
Safety First: The Studio reserves the right to refuse service if a skin condition (e.g., open wounds or infections) makes the application unsafe for the client or the integrity of our kit.
Contraindications: Please avoid caffeine and alcohol 24 hours prior to permanent makeup or high-definition glam to minimize skin sensitivity and maximize pigment/product retention.

Portfolio Rights: The Studio reserves the right to use photos and videos taken during your session for promotional purposes, including social media and our website.
Privacy: If you prefer your session to remain private (e.g., for high-profile clients or surprise gifts), please inform us in writing at the time of booking.

Variable Outcomes: Results vary based on skin type, weather conditions (for outdoor shoots), and client cooperation. While we strive for perfection, results are not guaranteed.
Limitation of Liability: In the unlikely event of gear failure, illness, or an act of God, the Studio’s liability is limited to the return of all payments received for that specific session.

Information We Collect: When you interact with our ads or website, we may collect your name, email, and phone number to provide photography services and quotes.
How We Use Your Data: Your data is used strictly for communication regarding your inquiry. We promise to get back to you within the hour during business hours. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Meta Data: We use Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Lead Ads. By submitting a form, you acknowledge that your information will be transferred to Meta for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
Your Rights: You may request to have your data deleted at any time by emailing sales@glowsnapstudio.com.
Security: We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information as required by Massachusetts law.
